Corporate Litigation

Defense of corporation in Federal District Court for racial  discrimination. Jury found for my client: the case was then appealed and denied by 2nd Circuit and cert was denied by the United States  Supreme Court.

Defense of corporation sued in the Bronx for injuries to Plaintiff due to defective product design. After several days of trial, Plaintiff dismissed action against my client.

Product Liability

Represented Plaintiff in Federal District Court, Brooklyn, claiming a blow dryer defect caused his RSD injuries. After a 3 week trial, while the jury was deliberating, case settled for six figure amount.

Represented Plaintiff, 80 year old, injured by air bag defect. Case was brought in Federal Court, Eastern District against Toyota. Case settled after jury selection in favor of my client.

Employment Discrimination

Represented woman who was terminated because of her religion; Plaintiff was rewarded a significant sum after Defendant's summary judgment was denied.

Wrongful Death

Medical Malpractice

Represented Plaintiff who gave birth to a baby suffering from IUGR on her bathroom floor for negligent infliction of emotional distress. Jury found for Plaintiff in six figure range.

Represented Plaintiff who was told that because her tubes were tied she could not get pregnant. Plaintiff in fact became pregnant and was rushed to the hospital with ectopic pregnancy leading to scarring and emotional distress. Jury found for Plaintiff.

Plaintiff was born with brachial plexus injury. Case settled after jury selection for six figure amount.

Estate Litigation

Decedent's unsigned, unwitnessed will attempted to be probated by niece was denied probate after successfully defended in Warren County Chancery Court.

Personal Injury

Plaintiff, a minor, was duct taped by a teacher and suffered mental anguish. Case tried in New Jersey District Court. Defendant provided a significant sum.
